Welcome to Weingut Jostock-BülhoffThe seemingly contradictory words tradition and innovation coexist and are an ever present part of the German culture: Germany is the country of world class automobile makers and inventors of the MP3-Player and the fax machine and at the same time it is the country of lederhosen (leather trousers), beer brewers and wine makers. Thus we also have two hearts beating in our breast: Two different generations of wine makers produce Riesling wines in our winery with innovative ideas and many years of experience. Like the two complementary elements Yin and Yang of Chinese philosophy, which harmonise with each other and one does not occur without the other, we unite in our work tradition and innovation in a harmonic balance. Founded in 2005 as successor of the winery Jostock-Pauli, we try to re-discover traditional paths and to unify them with innovative ideas: with our wine profile and StainlessCap we appeal to curious and cosmopolitan consumers who want this very special product, without having to look for it. With the consequential orientation towards the century old steep vineyards of the Moselle and the traditional maturation of the wine in wooden barrels we create this special wine which contains all our passion. Tradition and innovation, experience and curiosity, product and packaging, customer wishes and the winery's reality - these things are not opposites but they form a unity for us.
